Shipping

We ship your order within 1-3 business days.Β 

Delivery within Australia typically takes 3-13 business days. This is the official estimate from AusPost, although please be aware this may occasionally vary due to COVID-19.Β 

All products that you can add to your cart and purchase through our website (https://dogsofaustralia.com.au) are shipped by us.Β 

We ship with AusPost from Perth, Western Australia.

Please note that there are also products from other Australian brands on our website that can’t be purchased through us.Β 

We’re passionate about promoting small Australian businesses, so on our website, we bring together lots of independent sellers from around the country.Β 

If you like a product that can’t be purchased through us, you’ll be sent to the sellers’ website to buy directly from them when you click the button on the product listing page.

If you buy from our website, all orders will be shipped from Perth, Western Australia.Β 

All products that can be purchased through our website are shipped by Australia Post with tracked parcel delivery.

We do not currently ship internationally, but this might change in the future.

We use AusPost to ship your orders, so we have limited control over how they run their business in your neighbourhood.Β 

In our experience, they often leave your order by the door if it’s safe to do so.

You may also be able to have a say in this by exploring the settings in your AusPost app, or chatting to the lovely folks at your local post office to discuss your delivery options.Β 

It should never take too long, as all orders are shipped from within Australia.

You will also receive a tracking code with every purchase made through our website.Β 

Australia Post estimates 3-13 business days for Parcel Post and 1-2 business days for Express Post.Β 

Yes, you get one via e-mail once your order has been shipped.

If you made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately and we’ll try our best to accommodate you. Please note if your order has already been personalised and/or shipped, we may not be able to offer a refund.

Payment

You can currently pay via PayPal or Credit Card.

Buying Online has come a long way, and there are many security mechanism in place these days to protect buyers.

For example, we use Stripe and PayPal as our online payment processing methods.

Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest grade of payment processing security.

With PayPal, you have the ability to open a dispute directly through their platform if something goes wrong.Β 

You will likely also have security mechanisms through your bank or credit card provider, however, you will need to check this directly with your provider to find out more.
