What To Expect
Tucked away in Cleveland just half an hour from Brisbane’s CBD, Raby Bay Dog Beach is a local favourite for off-leash beach play. This sandy stretch offers calm, shallow waters perfect for swimming, splashing, and meeting new furry mates.
While the beach isn’t fenced, it’s naturally separated from the nearby “people beach” by a line of rocks, and it’s set far enough from the road to keep things relaxed. You’ll find shady trees, grassy areas, benches, and plenty of space to BYO picnic.
There’s a water station with a dog bowl, waste bag dispensers, and toilets a short stroll away. A dog-friendly café is just down the road if you're keen for a post-play puppuccino.
It can get busy on weekends and public holidays, so early mornings are your best bet for a peaceful visit. Bring your best recall, your beach towel, and your happy pup – this one’s a crowd-pleaser.
